Bill Avrich was forthright and quick to match me with a carrier. Within a couple hours we had a deal arranged and the amount was several hundred dollars less than I received from other carriers. The pick up was later than agreed, but for me that worked out well since I had extended use of the cars and did not have to rent. Despite the late pick upl the delivery was made on time and was door to door. Have read the horror stories on this website and was very pleased with the courtesy shown by both Bill and the carrier throughout the transaction period.
