The whole transaction was smooth. pick up and delivery were on time. I was put in contact with the carrier company, Bill gives me the opportunity to ask the carrier company questions, and the driver was giving me an update everyday.The brokerage fees was high compare to his competitors, however; he did an excellent job. I was lucky that they used an enclosed carrier for that price ( $700)
