I am extremely satisfied with the prompt response from Bill at Transport Connection. I was desperately trying to get a vehicle that I purchased delivered 1,500 miles away within a weeks time and was willing to pay extra to do so. I started my search on Thursday, October 13th and wanted the car delivered by the following Thursday. Every company I called could not guarantee the short time frame even with extra money. Bill went several steps further by engaging a driver with me on the phone and was even able to reduce the transport fee by $150 dollars from the quoted amount! He then introduced me to the call and I confirmed the driver would pick up my car on Saturday which he did and he would deliver on Tuesday and I only asked for Thursday. I actually got the car by noon on Monday, a full three days early!!! Wow, was I surprised and happy! I would definitely use Bill and Transport Connection again. He is very professional even in this cut throat industry. Thanks Bill!
