After reading so many reviews on here, and having called about 10 brokers and 4-5 carriers directly, my experience with Bill at Transport Connect was a walk in the park.

He answered his phone immediately, said he'd call me back in 5 minutes after finishing something up, and then did! He was honest and completely open and helpful in explaining how the business worked, and provided more information than anyone else had about the carrier and the online auction based pricing model that most work from. Rather than having to wait for a window, hoping the carrier would contact me, I was on the phone with carrier in the first call, and had an exact date for pick-up right from the start. The carrier was superb. They were also easy to reach, willing to give updates, and even were willing to hold onto my car a few extra days when my travel plans changed.
