Bill did what other brokers couldn't or wouldn't. I had to pay a little more, but after I understood how the bidding system works, I realized that the only way to snag a carrier is to NOT be the lowest bidder, but bid a realistic amount.

After empty promises from another broker, and after being told on a daily basis that my car was being picked up any day, I was relieved to find an HONEST man like Bill who can find a carrier quickly and get the job done. The carrier he chose was VERY professional and friendly.

I will use Bill at TRANSPORT CONNECTION for my next car transportation need.
