I have used Transport Connection twice and have been extremely happy with Bill's customer service and knowledge. Although the truck and trucker that was used to ship my clients vehicle would get less than positive reviews, Bill was outstanding in supporting and going above the call of duty when problems aroused during transport. Bill didn't leave me hanging like other brokers would. He made it his primary concern to make sure the vehicle was delivered and in same condition as when it was picked up. Bill was available throughout the day and returned calls and texts promptly. I felt great support and security dealing with Bill. I will definitely use Bill and Transport Connection again next season for our vacation transport. You should too!
