Overall excellent experience. I shipped my son's truck down to him in Florida from NY. Pick up and delivery was on time. There was some question as to where the truck could be safely unloaded since he lives on a busy road near the University of South Florida. The driver and my son worked it out without difficulty and the truck was delivered within easy walking distance to my son. All parties involved were easy to work with, professional and courteous. Considering that the truck was transported over Memorial Day weekend, I am very pleased that it was delivered so quickly.
