I decided to ship my car for a move to the Bay Area from Denver with only a three-day turnaround (over a holiday weekend no less!) to get a quote and arrange for shipment. Having heard horror stories from my friends who had booked with other auto transport services before, I was really wary of some of the companies I found online, but didn't have a great sense as to how I should go about screening for scams. I saw the great reviews for Transport Connection and thought I'd give it a try- and I was so happy I did! Bill took excellent care of me and my car, making sure that he found a hauler who was reputable and could meet my needs. The process was virtually seamless once we got a few details ironed out. My car was picked up without issue in Denver and delivered in perfect condition to San Francisco shortly after I got there. Bill was always available by phone and very reassuring anytime I had questions. I would highly recommend him for his accountability and transparency.
