Bill, the owner of the company was the person I spoke to and was very upfront, friendly, and knowledgeable about the business. He was constantly in contact and always answered emails and phone calls regardless of the situation. He even put me on the phone with the shipping company so that we could discuss any side issues I had, such as getting the car to the destination by Sunday. He not only put my information on the dispatch board for companies to contact him but also sought out past contacts to expedite my request. He definitely took care of me on ALL fronts. I never had to worry at ALL about the process.

I highly recommend skipping the search process and just contacting Bill directly.
