i had contracted on 6-18-12 with another company to move my suv from mass to nev. i paid them my down payment and they left me high and dry. my son, who had just had back surgery, and i were in an empty appt. after our furniture was picked up. all i got was a run around. in desperation, i called bill avrich at transport connections, at 11 at night. he explained that the other company had deliberately low ballled the price just to get my contract, and they did nothing to move my car. bill had a driver to pick up and deliver my car by the next morning, less than 12 hours after i called him. he was honest and factual about the cost, got me a reliable driver who picked my car up so we could leave the state, and continued to keep in touch to assist us as needed. if anyone needs to move a vehicle, please call bill avrich at transport connections. he went way above and beyond our expectations in helping us, not only by getting us a carrier so quickly, but also by assisting me in getting my deposit back from the other company. thank you, bill, for your help and support. i feel as if we made a friend who cared about us, not just someone in it for the money.
