this company was recommended for me by one of my friend. i contacted Transport Connection and every thing went smoothly. Bill explained the whole process and called me 2 days later to arrange with a driver. The problem was the driver wanted to pick up my car in the same day afternoon, but my friend was not able to do it before the evening. we preferred to have a notice 24h before to be able to arrange. but, the driver was nice and flexible and he waited until the evening to pick up my car. In addition, Bill was understanding and he agreed that if we could not make it with that driver we can deal with another one. Towards the end, every thing went as i wanted. Perfect timing.. perfect cost.
