I had never shipped a car before but last month I needed to get my Prius from California to New Hampshire. I began researching and posted my details on a site where companies could contact me. One by one they called but no one convinced me they were completely knowledgable about the process but only told me what they thought I wanted to hear to get my business. Finally I decided to look at overall reviews of car transport companies and just went to the top which was Transport Connection. I called Bill and he CLEARLY knew the business but also all the tricks others might use to justify their low bids, put my car at risk or try to make changes in the arrangements. Bill is the guy you want on YOUR side. Three times he came to my defense when the carrier we decided on tried to change details. He's tough, but knows how to get things for YOU! He was not the low bid, but also not the highest. He knows the ins and outs of auto transport and I have already recommended him to others. You may not need to transport a car often but when you do you MUST call Bill at Transport Connection.
