If you want honesty and transparency you've found the right guy. Bill is the owner and handles all arrangements himself. I had a difficult 2 part connection that required a local carrier on the distant end. Bill put it all together and had the right connections to figure everything out. He charges a flat fee which I found to be very reasonable and acts as your agent to find reputable carriers and negotiate good rates. My overall experience was excellent. Finding someone you can trust in this business is difficult and the field is full of bait and switch artists. Deal with Bill and you'll get it straight. My car was picked up at my home at exactly the time stated and all points of delivery we're on time. In fact, the last leg occurred like clockwork at the earliest possible time stipulated. There were no hidden charges and all fees were stated correctly up front. Overall excellent experience.
