Was easy to set up the transport. As this was my first time using such a service, it was great to have an explanation of process. Bill was great. Contacts were timely. Transport was arranged within a couple days, which was great as the need for it was last minute. I was informed as to pickup through a conference call with the carrier. And called by the trucker the day before delivery to coordinate times. Great experience overall.
