To be clear, Bill from Transport Connection was fantastic! He is the Broker who hired 1320 Auto Transport to move my vehicle. I would highly recommend Transport Connection because Bill cares about his customers and is eager to help.

I was unhappy with 1320 Auto Transport because their driver was horrible at keeping in contact with me. My vehicle did arrive, two days after the quoted time frame. Had we known or had been kept up to date with the delivery schedule being days off from my quote I could have told my friend not to wait for my vehicle. Instead she waited 1 1/2 hrs in a parking lot for a driver who came a full day later than he told us he would. Unprofessional and unacceptable!
