I had originally made a deal with another car transportation company (Stateway) and was basically left hanging for almost 2 weeks - every day I would call or email and I was always told that my car was a priority and they were getting someone to ship my car. It was finally two days before I was moving and they were still stalling. On a lark, I emailed another company that I had originally chosen not to use because they were slightly higher in cost($50.00). That company was Transport Connection. A gentleman named Bill called me within hours and stayed on a three way conversation with me and several transporters until he found someone who would take my car. Within 24 hours my car was on a truck headed for California! The driver of the truck contacted me several times before and after pick up and 6 days later my car was across the country. Bill Avrich was conscientious and did not quit until he solved my problem.
Not sure if I will ever need to ship a car again, but would not think twice about calling Bill to do the job. I strongly recommend Bill and Transport Connection - and I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Stateway - the stress they added to my move was unnecessary. I should have called Transport Connection in the first place!!!!
