This man was completely competent and truthful about the service provided. The quote and process was explained to me thoroughly and was executed without fail. My calls were always answered or returned promptly. I had absolutely no problems with the carrier or contacting him while en route either. I have read so many bad reviews about this man, but cannot find fault in the way he conducts his business. He may be blunt and brutally honest, but that's just what is needed in this industry when other companies lie and undercut you to the point of insanity. Don't believe the negative hype about Transport Connection. I would use this man's company time and again if I ever need to again.
