Bill was very honest and up front about his services and delivered within $25 of his initial quoted price. He gave me updates as he negotiated with carriers and kept my mind at ease. I was nervous about putting money up front but Bill was open about his fee from the beginning and I am very pleased I chose him to handle this for me and would certainly choose him again. I got blasted by a lot of other companies and going with him right off the bat would have saved me a lot of time from bothersome calls and emails. He is definitely a confident guy and he has every right to be in my opinion.
