Second time I've used Bill. Hopefully he doesn't have a stroke before I get to use him again. The man works himself to death working for the customer to ensure that they get their vehicle delivered on time, for the best price, and in the same condition it left in. He had a transport lined up in less than 8 hours, and was on the spot making sure that things went smoothly. I'd use him again and think I've already emailed the request to him.Remember he is a broker, and he works with the transporters who may inflate their own ratings. I looked at a company which my son suggested and they couldn't guarantee anything less than 15 day delivery. But upgrade to their Presidential Package so you can specify a delivery time and it circled around to 'it might be 15 days'. For a $200 upgrade.BS. The transport looked less than professional when he showed up but he was prompt, had inside shipping for the bike, made a video inventory of the bike and any existing damage and the contents of the saddle bags. This was in addition to the standard paper inventory of damage, etc. Very professional. I was impressed. He cared about the 'cargo' and made sure it was secure before he moved his truck. English is his second language so don't mistake a language barrier for a bad attitude. I didn't mind and was impressed that he had me remove all articles from the saddle bags as he video inventoried it. Had I been less than lawful I could have had the saddle bags full of Oxy. Which would have made him my mule. Which would have put him in prison and ending his career. Very smart. In conversation with the gentleman he was a diamond setter at the World Trade Center, a trade which has since moved overseas. This hard working naturalized citizen came up with a business to not only make a living but is putting his two daughter through college. He earned my respect as well. Shall we say I am a Federal LEO and what he said was the truth. So between Bill selling the transport in record time and Ararat being so meticulous securing the bike, I'd say five stars for everyone!
