Bill Avrich knows his business and follows it every step of the way. He screens the transport carriers and only accepts carriers with excellent service records!
Keeping this in mind...my carrier had a few delays due to unforeseen mechanicals ( that happens) but kept us informed and despite a later than expected pick up date , he was on target for the expected delivery but ran into an oil problem and was delayed by a day..still...he communicated and was very apologetic but everything worked out just fine!!
Would definitely use Transport Connection again!!!
