In an industry that is anything but transparent, working with Bill couldn't have been easier. He was very transparent from the get go about how the process of shipping a car works and his communication was A+ from start to finish. It's more of an art than a science and I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Bill charged me a flat $300 fee for his services and estimated a shipping cost of $1,300. He ended up finding a truck that same day and negotiating the driver down to $1,250 saving me $50! He really does have your best interest at heart. I know the next time I ship a car Bill will be the first person I call! Do it once and do it right.
