First I booked with another company which I was in contact with a month before my shipping date, then a week before was told they only needed 2 days notice, they kept calling me to book with them so I did,I needed my car picked up by 08/18/16, well that day came and went and finally by 8/20 I was fed up, they weren't answering my calls or emails so I sent a few emails out for quotes, about an hour later I received a call from Bill, he understood what I was going through and assured me my car would be picked up, well that was late Saturday night and he told me the drivers don't usually pick up cars on sunday and that I should be hearing back from him early the next week well Monday morning at 8:30 am my phone rang and it was Bill telling me my car would be picked up that day and would be delievered by Friday. My car was delivered on Thursday and in perfect condition, all I can say is Bill is the best and dedicated to his job and making his costumers happy
