First off, this was our first time shipping a vehicle and we were not sure doing this was worth the hassle and stress. After calling several places and trying to get quotes, etc, we were still unsure. Then came Transport Connection. Let me just say Bill at Transport Connection worked hard to get a great quote and in faster timeframe than we thought possible! He is great at explaining everything in detail and what we should expect throughout the process. He was also very communicative. I was still a little worried about shipping the car, but soon realized he really did have our best interest in mind, wanted our business, planned to keep us informed, and be helpful through the whole process! After we decided to move forward Bill's communication went well beyond expectations and he delivered on his promises. He was in constant communication every step of the way and answered all of our questions pre, during, and post delivery! We even were able to have 3 way calls with carriers when deciding who to go with to make the best decision. This full transparency of the process really kept us at ease.

The carrier was good with communication too. He called us a day before delivery to give us an ETA and to chat delivery location. On delivery day he did run a little late due to a snow storm and chain requirements. I called and we picked our time and location. The driver was very nice and accommodating. The delivery ended up only 2 blocks from me and I could have just walked there! The carrier found a spot that worked for his 18 wheeler that would be even closer than planned!

This whole process worked out better than we thought. Bill at Transport Connection was really proactive and personable and made this first car transport easy. Thank You!
