Bill at Transport Connection spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone and explained the entire auto transport process from A to Z. I had originally signed up with a company in Miami who promised me "a truck in the area" and "no upfront deposit" but never delivered on their promises and no service was ever provided. From the moment I signed up with Bill it was smooth sailing and he secured me a carrier within an hour. My car arrived in Cali dirty but otherwise undamaged. I would never even think of using any other company after my initial experience and then Bill rescuing me from those bottom-feeders.
