I booked my car for transport from NJ to GA with Pacific Logistics three weeks in advance of the pickup date.I had talked to John at Pacific Lgictics the day before the scheduled pickup And he had assured me that the car would be picked up. Next day-No pickup. Tried to contact Pacific Logistics by email, phone, and text-no response.I had to leave my car behind with neighbors until I could make other arrangements.Connected with Bill 2 days later on Sunday.He took my call,accepted my business,gave me a decent price& while I was on the phone with him-ON THE PHONE WITH HIM!!-booked my car for transport THE NEXT DAY!! Car was picked up the next day on monday and delivered on that wed! I wish I had connected with Bill of Transport Connection the first time ! I could’ve saveed myself much time ,expense and Anxiety. Bill, again thank you so much for such a painless,smooth,efficient process! I will always use and recommend you to all others! From start to finish you told me what you could do ,when you could do it,and you did it with no BS! I wish everybody did business like you! DO NOT USE PACIFIC LOGISTICS-PLEASE Look up thier reviews-DO NOT USE PACIFIC LOGISTICS-IT IS A SHAM COMPANY!!!
