I'm in the military and I had to transport my 63 ford truck from CA to VA. Due to my lack of knowledge of how this process worked I really shot myself in the foot. I had one company, which wasn't giving me any results with a carrier, so I called another company. So what that did was the 2 companies I had enlisted was in a bidding war with eachother. Bill called me up explained what a debacle I had going, he even sent me screen shots of the mess I was in. I talked to both companies I had "helping" me and they both said that it didnt matter if I had 2 different companies working for me. But one company raised thier price the other one just raised thiers higher. It got to 1,800.00. So I canceled the service from both of them. Bill made me feel like he really cared by actually showing me what was really going on. So I switched to Bill at Transport Connections. The same day we started working together he got a carrier at a great price and we set up a day for pickup. He even conducted a 3 way call with him, me and the carrier. I wish I would have used Bill's company right from the start. He cut through all the nonsense and really hooked me up. My truck arrived in VA right on time on 01Jan19. The driver was great, he even made sure all of my tires were fully inflated. All in all my experience with transport connection and Bill was TOP NOTCH AND PROFESSIONAL!!! I defenatly would go through Bill the next time I require these services. You should to. Bypass all of the nonsense and frustration by going through Transport Connection!! Talk with Bill he will definitely do you right!! Thanks Bill.
