After spending hours and hours searching google for the best transportation company and getting the runaround from all of them, I came across Transport Reviews and read Bill's reviews. I decided to give Bill a call and fully expected him not to answer or give me the runaround like everyone else had. I was completely surprised. He answered my call the first time, as well as every other time, I called. He walked me through the process and made me assured of his service and of his value. I agreed and he went to the market and found a *qualified* and *verified* transportation company who did what they said they were going to do. And Bill negotiated their price down and communicated the entire time. Thanks Bill for making this headache of a process into a good experience.
