I hired Bill to coordinate my 1st ever car transport a year and a half ago and just hired him again. Up front, Bill has a strong personality but he knows what he's doing and is very experienced in this industry, is a man of integrity and true to his word, listens to his customers, and COMMUNICATES clearly, proactively and often. You know what you are getting (his words match the contract--always read it!), and he'll answer your questions clearly. All of this is what differentiates Transport Connection from other brokers (see my other review for issues I had with other brokers before I found Bill) As was the case the 1st time, he clearly and thoroughly explained the process, listened to and documented my requirements, set expectations, and recommended price points after comparing other current transport requests in the system along the route I was asking. Bill was proactive--there were constant e-mails and phone updates--I did not have to call him for status at anytime, to include him calling on the day of delivery to ensure it was delivered without issue. Bill actually out-did himself this time by finding a covered transport (I was ok with open transport) -- he stuck to the agreed upon price (while ensuring I received a reputable transport company) despite pressure from the transport company to increase the price. Bill read the company and current market conditions right and recommended we not accept their bid (though he left the choice to me). Despite being anxious to get my car, I agreed to deny their bid. Just as Bill thought and strategized, they called back shortly after to take the job, no questions asked. My car was safely and professionally delivered on time, at the agreed upon price. Don't waste your time elsewhere--I HIGHLY recommend Transport Connection. Bill is the way to go and I will ONLY go to Bill for future transport needs. J. White, Lt Col, USAF (Retired)
