In a recent move halfway across the country, I sent a request for transport two premium vehicles immediately after sending the request, I was inundated with quotes and offers from folks who were attempting a bait and switch (lowball offers that increased substantially in a short time of the conversation). One such carrier acted as if his company was already hired by putting my job on their assignment board to block others from thinking the job was still available. It was really a jungle out there! Bill at Transport Connection gave me a good feeling right from the start. He had great reviews and took full responsibility for all aspects of the transport process. He told me about the unethical carrier who claimed me despite not having my business; he put my request into the system and analyzed the company that responded; he had me talk with the carrier service to make sure they understood the situation; and he gave specifications that would protect my car without costing extra money. He was also extremely pleasant and invested in his customers. I’m happy to say- the pickup, transportation and delivery were great. The driver was communicative and the vehicles were delivered unscathed. I would wholeheartedly recommend using a broker like Bill to help navigate this difficult process. He really cared about the job. His reputation reflects the experience I had. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs this service and I would absolutely use it again. Thank you, Bill
