I was seeking a transport company to ship a vehicle from Lubbock, TX to the Tampa Bay Area. Bill was instrumental in helping sort out listing our vehicle on the necessary transportation website so that shipping companies were aware of what we were seeking to achieve. His knowledge of the process and the ability to help us negotiate a competitive price proved invaluable. In addition, owing to our location in west Texas, he warned us in advance that patience was key because it would be necessary for a transport company to be "coming through town" for the shipping details to be finalized and that it would require both our patience and flexibility. His upfront warning helped us set realistic expectations on timing. As it turned out, the car was ultimately scheduled after a week and was safely transported. I would work with Bill again for sure.
