Tonight I was looking for a quote to move a truck from Scobey, MT to Athens, AL. I was called more than 17 times within 40 min of my post. I was given quotes from $700.00-$2950.00. Then a MAN named Bill, called me. This is what was said. " Mr. McLaughlin, my name is Bill with Transport Connection, I would like to tell you something. DON'T ship your truck. The cost is just not worth it. He took the time (48min) to explain that the cost vs. me just driving it back down would be best. He explained that my phone was about to blow-up; {Bill, you was spot on. I have now over 40 text from all over the US sending me quotes.} and that I would be given amounts from this to that. That the callers would just ask for a small payment of say $250.00 then COD on the rest. Bait and switch move. Again, Bill was spot on. This MAN just saved my wife and I untold amounts of money and more so, pain of dealing with these Con's out here. Never trust Mathew Buxton of ANM/MassRec LLC of FL. He's a Con. Thank you Bill Avrich, your a great American.
