Right from the start, Bill, the owner of Transport Connection, guided me through the entire process. His price was not the cheapest nor was it the highest, but seemed to be the most accurate and sensible. Bill explained to me the danger of going with a low-ball quoting company, or any company that claims to own its own trucks and/or have its own drivers. But what I liked most about Bill was his no-nonsense attitude and ethical approach to doing business. He didn't sound flowery and phony like all of the others. I'm so glad that I used Transport Connection and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a smooth car shipping experience as I did. If I could give this company six stars, I would.
