I contacted Bill Avrich at Transport Connection in regards to shipping my vehicle from Phoenix to Columbus, Ohio. Bill spent the time explaining to me how the process worked - the role of the broker and the role of the transporter. Bill arranged the transport within 48 hours and the transporter showed up 2 hours after he contacted me for pickup. The transporter was professional and friendly and delivered the vehicle on the day he said he would. My son received the vehicle in Ohio and he also had a positive experience with the transporter. Bill followed up with me the same day the vehicle was delivered to make sure that I was happy with the entire process. I highly recommend Transport Connection.
