I had no idea where the cars was the entire time. The carrier never called to say the car was picked up or the condition. When Transport Connection was contacted I was told to "call my carrier".
After calling the carrier and asking to be notified when it was picked up, delivery time etc. No contact was made. I had to contrinuely call to get any info. They said the delivery was for Friday I had to call on Friday"No the carrier did not call me" to find out the car was to be deliverd Sunday or Monday. I asked for Monday so I didn't have to come back to work to pick up the car a 130 mile round trip. The carrier said ok Monday. Saturday night I get a call can I pick up the car Sunday. Well at this point I was tired of the whole thing so I drove back in to work on Sunday the car was to be delivered at 9 am he arrived at noon neither of the drivers spoke any english.
Needless to say I was just glad to have my car and that the whole experiance was over.

John Billing, You had no idea where your car was the entire time because you were too lazy and unresponsive to answer your phone when either the carrier or myself called to update you. When you finally did answer, you were advised to call your carrier because he was unsuccessful in his multiple attempts at calling you to arrange delivery. As to your time demands and deadlines, do you think this is a limo service? Do you really think that yours is the only vehicle on the truck? Did you ever stop to think that perhaps the poor Hispanic driver whose English you are mocking has to drive a truck to support his family? Shame on you for being so harsh in your judgment of others.
