Bill is very direct and hard charging in his sales technique. I've never used a transport company or broker and I was extremely leary and gunshy.
Everything Bill promised he delivered. Most important to me was the fact that he ALWAYS answered his phone or called me right back. When I couldn't reach Diana at the transport company Bill would always call her immediately with me on the line in a three way conversation. This kept everything transparent and kept me in the loop. Bill kept me calm and did hand holding when necessary. He even found a less expensive quote after we had set everything with our first choice. Even though it would have been far easier for Bill to just blow it off he called me and gave me the option.
The long and short of it. My BMW arrived on time 4 days after being picked up in Pompano Beach Florida. They delivered it to my door in Pasadena California filthy but undamaged. I highly recommend Bill Avrich to anyone. His price was VERY competitive and he kept me comfortable throughout the entire process.
