2008 Mercedes S550 shipment, the right way!

Bill explained everything very well, communications were excellent and prompt, insurance information sent by email immediately. First rate. I own several companies and would have to say that Bill does business the way I do, do a great job, charge a fair amount, and eveybody's happy. Purchased a car on 4/20, talked to Bill 4/21, he had me a pickup scheduled by the morning of 4/22, even had the driver and myself on the phone with him so everybody was on the same page hearing the same information, pickup to be prior to 4/27, delivery expected 4/29. When the truck called with mechanical troubles 4/24, he had a new pickup scheduled in a matter of hours, with an earlier pickup and an earlier delivery, and got the new truck to deliver for $50 less money. Now, I can tell you, that I would have expected every other guy to pocket the $50 and leave me at the original agreed price but not Bill, he passed the savings on to me and I am forever his customer. He will make more money in the long term doing good business and he understands that. This was my third shipment, but the first one with Bill and Transport Connection. The first two other companies I shipped with in the past (yes, they were lowest bidder but ended up costing the most) all overpromised and underdelivered and cost me additional storage costs and was the horror story that you always hear about. Bill and Transport Connection made everything flawless, worth the price, felt very comfortable the whole time. Please save yourself the expense of learning your lesson by taking the lowest guy in a truck and trust Bill and Transport Connection for your shippment.
