Although speaking to Bill may not be like a meeting with Mother Theresa, he was the only Broker that explained how the process works...I really appreciated that. I explained I was on a tight timeline and he was able to get my 2 cars picked up and delivered in a very timly maner and followed up through out the process. Bill definatly tells it the way it is and in a very colorfull fashion. I reccomend bill and transport connection to move your vehicles. he was efficient and interesting to talk to. tt
