First time me and bill had connected wasnt all pleasant,but after returning my phone call he was a very genuine down to earth man ready to take care of business and get both of my cars transported at all cost.I really do encourage yall to connect with Mr.Bill and let him get yall out on the road.I had made arrangements with CASTLE LUXURY AUTO SHIPPING,they took my money(deposit) and DID NOT RENDER ANY SERVICE AND I SET UP MY TRANSPORT TWO MONTHS EARLY AND NOW I CANNOT GET THE DISPATCHER TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND DO THEIR JOB THE DAY IM SUPPOSE TO LEAVE OUT,NOW IM STRANDED.DO NOT LET THEM TRANSPORT YOUR CARS UNLESS U WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.....Bill came in right on time and handled business.Bill might be a little rough around the edges to some of yall if you are sensitive,but i can honestly say he is a genuine guy and will make sure you get the best deal.
