Honest Broker?!

I won't bore you with the many details. I made this transport happen. Stay involved.

Key issues:

- credit card deposit was taken BEFORE car was on truck (about 3 days before although their "policy" is not to charge your card until it is on the truck).
- Car was not picked up the first day it was promised, nor the 2nd nor the 3rd. They didnt' even know the driver had problems. I had to track him down to find out he wasn't coming for another 3 days (8 days after originally scheduled p/u).
- Substitute driver was not aggressively sought. I found a driver from another company. When Deanna saw that I had found someone she asked for more time to do the same. (this is after many hours of waiting for her to act). She threatened that I'd lose my deposit. (which was not supposed to be taken until they satisfied the job).
- This company undercuts the drivers which is why they had trouble finding a reliable one in the first place
_ This company does nothing for the customer. I paid them $300 to make one posting. there was NO customer service.

I have since found a great broker: Phoenix who pays a fare wage & deals honestly. I would also use STARFLEET. Martin was a great driver & nice to do business with.
