Transport Executives did a great job of picking up my SUV quickly (within 1-3 days). Thier folks were professional and polite. However, I will chose a company next time that uses better carriers. They used DIRECT AUTO TRANSPORT as the carrier. The Driver jerked me around with the delivery date "maybe tomorrow, no Monday, around 1PM, and then he shows up at 9:30 PM. This threww my work schedule completely off and I could not adequately inspect my vehicle because it is pitch black. I had greasy black fingerprints on the inside ceiling of the car and the driver was the ONLY person that could have done this. The car was otherwise in pristine condition inside. The car arrived completely filthy with an oil sheen that I'm still trying to wash out.

When I called Transport Exceutives, they told me to call the driver. When I called the driver of DIRECT AUTO TRANSPORT, he was defensive and denied any fault. All I wanted was guidance on how to get the stains out. Thank GOD no physical damage was done to the car, because I was told that getting reimbursed after filing a claim would be next to impossible.

I'll be going with a broker/carrier next time so fingers cannot be pointed in all directions and some accountability is present. Last time I went with Cascade - I should have just paid a little more and went with them again.
