i spoke with a woman named Deanna. She promised we i would get nothing but the BEST service from them.This companys website said they would not charge my credit card until my vehicle was on their truck. Once they got my money they stopped answwering my phone calls. They also kept trying to find reason to go up on price. The car was supposed to be picked up the next day but that same night my credit card was charged. They promised the car would be picked up by noon at the latest. I called the man i bought the car from at 1pm and they hadnt picked it up yet or contacted him. I tried to reach the company for two days and got no one. I left multiple messages and still didnt get an answer. two days laters i called from a blocked phone number and someone finallly answered my call. I talked to a man named Michael. I tried to explain what happened and that i wanted a refund. He got smart on the phone. At that point i was furious. He said it was not their fault that my car wasnt picked up and shipped so they shouldnt have to refund my money. I still have not gotten a refund for the $100 deposit and they will not answer my calls. I wound up having to hire another company to do it for me. There are a lot of scammers out there, this company being one of them. Please BEWARE!
