Damaged car delivered at night

My car was delivered at 11 PM, in the rain, dirty and damaged. I understand it was dirty because it was on a open carrier, no big deal. I didn't see the damage because it was delivered at night. The damage was sustained during delivery, a 4x4 inch hole in the back of my BMW as if a metal pole went through it, which the drivers did not mention to me at the time of delivery.

Piece of advice: Don't consent to a night time deliver! Even if your car is filthy, check for damage, don't let them shove the clipboard in your face. Take your time. When my car arrived 4 days early, there was no way I was going to say no to a night time delivery but I feel as if this was purposefully done to get away with the damage.

I am disappointed at the dishonesty of the men who delivered by car. I will not be using this transport company again. It is simply unethical to cause damage and not say anything.
