I was pleased they got my sister-in-laws truck delivered but not happy with the communication I received on how it would all work. It was the first time I had ever done this, so I had no idea how the delivery would come together. I thought Transport King would be the ones communicating with me about this process but I got a call from a truck driver ready to pick up my vehicle, and I had no idea if he was the right driver or not. He had to get his dispatcher on the phone so I could verify it was the right guy, and the dispatcher was happy to tell me how this worked and unhappy that he was the one who had to explain it. That was Transport Kings job, and I agree with that. In he end the truck was delivered and the price was =good and thus the 4 star rating.
