When I contacted Rene about having my vehicle shipped he said that he had found a driver to pick my vehicle up on the 26th. He asked if I wanted to book that driver and I said yes. He took a $130 deposit and he said it was to reserve my spot on the carrier. Come the 26th I never heard from the driver. I contacted Rene to get the driver information and he said not to worry that the driver would make it. He then proceeded to tell me that he would call back with the contact information for the driver. Hours later after no call I tried contacting Rene multiple times and he ignored all of my phone calls and voice messages. I then found out that a driver was never scheduled to pick up my vehicle and they had the shipping price listed on the board for more than the original quote.After trying to call again my phone calls still went unanswered and then I e-mailed Rene and told him to cancel my order. Not even 5 minutes later he responded and said I was going to get my deposit back. Now they are saying that they will not refund my money and I am currently fighting to get it back.
