I placed an order for my suv to be picked up on 8/1/14. Spoke with Rene and was told to order standard shipping so that my suv would be picked up in 7 days. On 8/13/14, I cancelled my order, due to my suv was never picked up. I gave them $180.00 deposit so that my suv would be picked up in 7 days. Today is 9/10/14 and I was told by Dustin, after sending several emails for my refund, that he didn't handle refunds. Accounting handles refunds and I wouldn't be able to contact them. Dustin is part owner of this company. DON'T USE THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER. Deborah
