Contacted by Rene Boch broker for Transport King Logistics LLC was told that my RV would be picked up on September 15, 2014 even if I paid for economy shipping. So I provided t by e $130 deposit and entered the contract. The RV was supposed to be shipped from Clarksville, TN to Albuquerque New Mexico but at this time there has been nothing but numerous phone calls back and forth to Rene who then gave me the number to Dustin Anderson agent Manager of Transport King Logistics LLC who provided me no information about a dispatcher to pick up the RV but told me that I needed to upgrade to expedite for $1100 so they could have someone pick up the RV in 18-603pm business days. I proceeded to call Rene Boch again and had the order expedited on 9-15-14. Rene gave me the number to Lynn Martinez customer service to get a delivery date established. I called several times and left messages no return call. On 9-16-14 recieved call from Lynn stating there is no dispatchers in my area to pick up the RV. I told Lynn that the RV should have been picked up on 9-15-14 and now I have expedited you cant guarantee a pick up date. Lynn stated a dispatcher would call me when they could arrange pick up time and date. I have called Dustin Anderson and Rene Boch numerous times and they have not either called back or when I did speak with them yhey dont provide a resolution. My RV is still in Clarksville, TN. I am canceling my order and have notified the bank of this fraudulent company. This company is a fraud please do not use.
