On April 5, 2011, I paid $175.00 to a representative of transport kings namely, Alex Cruise, as brokers fee to move my vehicle from NY to Texas. After doing a bit more research and reading the actual contract i realized that Alex had been dishonest about what exactly the company would do. I canceled and requested a refund. To date i have not received any portion of the money back and the company denies i was even a customer. I have the bank statement as well as a confirmation of payment. I also have email correspondence form Alex Cruise promising the money would be refunded in 7 - 10 business days. I am posting so that others like myself do not get scammed.
