WHEN ANOTHER PCOMPANY ROMISED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AND DIDNT I CALLED ALEX AT TRANSPORT LUXURY. I INFORMED HIM O MY SITUATION-I NEEDED MY WIFES HANDICAPPED VAN DELIVERD, HE FURNISHEDME WITH A PICKUP OF THE NEXT DAY AND THEY NOT ONLY PICKED UP AS PROMISED BUT ALSO DELIVERED ON TIME. I AM STILL WAITHING FOR MY FURNITURE THT WAS PROMISED. I HAVE A CLASSIC CAR AND WILL DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN.ALEX WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME. THAT IS WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES!
