From my first call to the delivery of my Cadillac my experience with Transport Luxury Auto was fantastic. Shane and I spoke no less than 5 times due to my nervousness of shipping a vehicle for the first time. He was patient and walked me through the entire process until I understood it all. He always returned my phone calls promptly. After our phone conversations he followed up with an email. I called for quotes from 4 other companies, and although TLA was not the cheapest I went with them because of Shane. He really put me at ease. My vehicle driver was great as well. My car arrived on time, with zero damage, and even though I had another person receiving it, their experience was as good as mine. I would recommend Transport Luxury Auto to anyone that needs to ship their vehicles. Thank you Shane, Jamal and TLA!
