I needed a specific day scheduled for pick up since i didnt live in the city of the vehicle to be picked up and had to be present to ship it. Shane worked with me and got it done, even having to delay a day due to a major snow storm...Valery the driver was courteous, professional and made me feel very comfortable with entrusting my car to him.
